They are a must for all the other applications. Video directing, like all the other forms of artistical creations, means mastering the technical aspects of a tool.

A semiological analysis and the different approaches which priviledge the analysis of meaning.
The semiological analysis of the image, with emphasis on the building, on the search for meanings and expressions which enable us to use the audiovisual beyond the functions which we know as a spectator-consumer.

The search for an means of expression and the approaches which priviledge the content.
Are part of this category all practices based on the setting, composition of the shot, directing, or the study of fictions.

The diffusion of information and the approaches which priviledge the message.
Outside broadcasting, testimonies, interviews, information are the main object.

The search for an efficiency and the approaches which priviledge the form
The influence of advertising, audimat, the search for maximum efficiency (namely in commercial or company communications) transform audiovisual communication while priviledging the product and target.

The most interestion pedagocical training courses are those which study these multiple aspects in their diversity, their complexity and the intertwinings. Karazt productions, in collaboration with existant forms, offers to put it’s know how at the service of transmission.

Interventions

These interventions of members of our group can be made of brief theoretical lessons or more elaborated courses if time allows.
The content is chosen according to the aims. These courses can be followed by practical lessons to go from study to creation. They can be given to schoolchildren, students or training adults.

Training courses

For those who wish to continue after an intervention or who are looking for an individual esperience in the audiovisual world, we offer long or short training courses.
They are meant for students, for trainig adults or young graduates. The people who apply must be from an audiovisual, artistic, or social-work background.

Targeted public : Youngsters – Students - Adults
Length : Full time over an average to long period, variable depending on the type of training course.

Workshops

Available throughout the year, these workshops strive to bring their participants to create an audiovisual object starting from scratch with no previous knowledge. They are aimed at various publics.

Targeted public : Youngsters – Students - Adults
Length : For half days on a short to medium term, variable depending on the type of workshops

  • Graphism and the Animation movie. Based on a story elaborated with the group. Scenery conception. Filming. Editing
  • L’habillage graphique télévisuel. On part d’une image fixe. On anime cette image pour en faire une séquence vidéo.
  • Filmwriting – the documentary in action. We debate around a social issue. We write a movie, we shoot it and we produce it.
  • Filmwriting – fictional short movies. We invent a story. We work on the script and the screenplay. We organise the shooting. We make the movie.

Discovery sessions

These sessions, generally available on a short to medium time scale, concern initiation. They are destined to beginers whith little or no knowledge.
They are aimed at people wishing to redirect their professional life towards audiovisual careers, and enable them to discover before their reorientation the realiy of the jobs.

Targeted public : Children – Youngsters – Students – Adults – Disabled
Length : From 1 to 5 days

Instalments

At the service of ammusement and pedagogy, the Kazart instalments all talk about television with as a leitmotiv the explanation of the construction of images. A kind of trip to the abyses, they allow to understadn more then it seems.

Length : Occasional to permanent
